I have been coming to IM=X Pilates 3 times a week for several months. Pilates is the perfect addition to my workout routine. I look forward to each and every morning I take a class. They are fun, professional and challenging. The group setting is a plus as we encourage each other to meet our fitness goals. Since adding Pilates to my schedule my overall strength and flexibility has increased dramatically, and I am so grateful.
I have been coming to IM=X Pilates for 7 months and had never before found an exercise program that I so enjoyed or stayed with for so long. Having just turned 60, I am stronger and more flexible than I have been in many years.
